Sunny Side Oyster Bar doesn't have a typical kitchen. Our oysters are steamed out back, behind the restaurant, brought in by the peck, and shucked for you in an old fashioned, horseshoe shaped bar.
Some of our shuckers have been here well over twenty years. You will be amazed at their skills. Our oysters are served with the famous Sunny Side Sauce, poured from a simmering pot.
